Welcome to the community of Chaplin where some of the best attractions are found in Saskatchewan.

Chaplin, the site of the largest deposit of sodium sulphate in North America, hosts over thirty different species of shorebirds. Each year hundreds of thousands of birds stop at Chaplin Lake - some to nest, some to refuel on their way to their Artic breeding grounds.

The Chaplin Nature Centre, located on the Trans Canada Highway, offers a remarkable opportunity to experience the uniqueness of this area.
